Spicy Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Super easy healthy snack! All you need are seeds and spices!

Ingredients
  

  • Pumpkin seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Oregano
  • Salt
  • 2 Tbsps Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat your oven to 400° and spray a sheet pan with non-stick spray.
  • Pat the seeds dry using two paper towels and spread dried seeds over the pan.
  • Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with cayenne and smoked paprika. Add oregano, and salt to taste. Mix around, and spread out seeds forming one layer.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
