Spicy Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
Super easy healthy snack! All you need are seeds and spices!
- Pumpkin seeds
- 1 Tbsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Oregano
- Salt
- 2 Tbsps Olive Oil
Heat your oven to 400° and spray a sheet pan with non-stick spray.
Pat the seeds dry using two paper towels and spread dried seeds over the pan.
Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with cayenne and smoked paprika. Add oregano, and salt to taste. Mix around, and spread out seeds forming one layer.
Bake for 15 minutes.
