The Bisquick in the banana bread leaves you with a moist and sweet soft cake. We always devour it almost immediately, and then we eat the last few slices for breakfast the next day.

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 stick margarine or butter
  • 2 bananas mashed

Method
 

  1. Heat oven to 350°
  2. Mix together sugar and butter in a large bowl
  3. Add all other ingredients to bowl and mix well until fully combined
  4. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake 45 - 50 minutes.
