As I’ve mentioned previously, I work a standard 9 – 5 office job. We get a 30 minute meal break in the middle of the day, which means I always have to have something prepared for lunch. Otherwise, I’m ordering in. While that’s always a fun and yummy option, I’ve spent A LOT of money on delivery lately. Which left me a my wallet feeling sluggish and unhealthy.

So I’m on a mission – to make healthier meals for my lunches and obviously to share them along the way! I’m trying to cultivate some healthy and easy meals you can meal prep and pack away for the work week. With, of course, some cheat weeks because why not! We all deserve it.
